UNWRAPPED: THE TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING USING HYPNOSIS WITH GAY MENPresenter: Richard Miller, LICSW
By focusing sensory awareness in trance, gay men have the opportunity to re-experience a positive connection within self and body. A gay male learns to censor truths to make sure he is loved and accepted. With hypnosis, he can unwrap his protective shield and allow his true self to emerge. This workshop will highlight core issues common for gay men including male development, religion, HIV and the urban gay make stereotype.
Richard Miller is a clinical social worker in private practice in Boston and Cape Cod, MA, USA. (www.rickmiller.biz).
