2026 Level II Workshop in Clinical Hypnosis (4-Day Training)

Enhance your clinical practice with expert-level hypnosis techniques in NESCH’s ASCH-approved Level II Hypnosis Training. This workshop is designed for practitioners who have completed Level I, allowing you to build on foundational knowledge and refine your skills with evidence-based, advanced clinical applications.

Through engaging lectures and immersive small-group practice sessions, this training will deepen your proficiency in hypnosis techniques specifically tailored for:

• Advanced and specialized hypnosis elicitations
• Hypnotic tools for psychotherapy: anchoring, age progression, and age regression
• Constructing metaphors in hypnosis
• Neurobiology and the use of hypnosis
• Pediatric hypnosis
• Utilization of self-hypnosis for clients/patients and for yourself, including how to teach it effectively
• Use of hypnosis to resolve anxiety
• Habit control using hypnosis
• Treating functional disorders with hypnosis
• Hypnosis for pain relief
• Addressing suffering around medical procedures
• Use of hypnosis in trauma treatment
• Hypnosis for creativity

What to Expect

This comprehensive training includes 20 hours of interactive lectures, practical demonstrations, experiential exercises, and small-group work to ensure hands-on, clinically relevant skill development.

Certification & Continuing Education

Completion of this Level II Workshop meets requirements for ASCH certification in clinical hypnosis. Continuing education credits are available and have been applied for through relevant state and national associations:

• Psychologists: Application for 20 Category 1 CE credits pending with the Massachusetts Psychological Association.
• Mental Health Counselors: Application for 20 Category 1 CE credits pending with the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association.
• Social Workers: Approved by the National Association of Social Workers—Massachusetts Chapter.
• Medical Doctors: CMEs are available.
• ASCH Certification: Approved for 20 ASCH credit hours.

Tuition Rates

• NESCH Members: $460 (membership must be current)
• Non-Members: $560
• Students/Trainees: $210 (with supervisor verification)
• Community Agency Scholarship Clinicians: Reduced tuition available for clinicians who received the Level I Community Agency Scholarship.
